Character: Jimmy Stapp

This T. V. movie is a sad look at a family who goes through the loss of their son.  Peter portrays high school student Jimmy Stapp. To everyone around him, Jimmy seems like a happy athletic young guy with everything ahead of him.  Unfortunately to everyone's surprise, Jimmy stays home from church one day and takes his life. His parents (Meredeth Baxter & Bruce Davison) along with his whole family are devastated that they somehow didn't know what was going inside their sons mind.   It  feelings of guilt, anger and confusion tear them apart. This heartbreaking tale of loss shows you how important love and support really is.
