Eternal Twilight Convention. Northampton, England

Well my name is Emma-Leigh Gallifant and I won an auction for Three Hundred Pounds to dance with him to "Flightless Bird, American Mouth by Iron & Wine". I met him in the lobby and he was really funny, he introduced Ashley as his daughter and said she was not to drink and to stay 10ft away from boys at all times, he was a good laugh! He wrapped his arm around my waist and walked me through to the main hall where the Prom Party was being held on the Saturday night and we got to dance under a lit gazebo like the one from the movie. Everyone was taking pictures and he kept asking me if I was okay than about a minute in he bit my neck and whispered to me that I would live forever. After that we carried on dancing and he dipped me at the end. There was another girl who also got to dance with him named Shraddha who is very lovely. She got a bite on the neck, a kiss and also ended up being stalked by him all day Sunday.

He was the best guest there and him and Kellan together were both amazing in the talks it was a great experience!

When I heard about the Twilight convention in the UK, I made up my mind and decided to go even if it was on my own because I love the books and the film. I knew my parents wouldn't allow me to go to the convention so I lied to them by saying it's a seminar. Well it is, but not a Business seminar that they thought it was.

I was late for the opening ceremony so I had to sit right at the back near the sidewalk. I was really upset because I forgot my glasses and I knew I wouldn't be able to see them. But by pure luck, when the names of the guests were announced they walked right past me and on their way back I even got a handshake from all of them! That night, I only got star strucked by one guest and that was Peter Facinelli. I had never seen him out of his character, Dr. Carlisle Cullen, so shaking hands with him was just incredible! I really didn't feel like washing my hands after that.

The next day I saw him at the signing session but my number was only going to get called on Sunday so I had no chance of meeting him. But the best part of that day had to be the talk! If only my lessons were as interesting as him! I felt really bad for him though because he had really bad flu and he deserved a really good rest. But thank you very much as it was the highlight of the day and thank you for agreeing to stay longer and answering the question in the most witty way possible!

Then it was auction time! I was determined to win something as I had saved up working over time. When they announced they were going to auction a slow dance with Peter, my hand just shot right up in the air! My budget was three hundred pounds and the bidding war was fierce. When it got up to three hundred pounds. I gave up because I couldn't afford it. I was just so disappointed and upset when I lost the bid. Then later they announce they were doing a second one! This time I was more determined than ever and I won the bid for two hundred and forty pounds! That feeling was indescribable! I just couldn't believe it as I thought it was a dream! My friend had to nudge me but all I could hear were cheers and random words like lucky, crazy, wow! The only time I decided to think it was real was when I paid for it! It sounds like a cliche but it was too good to be true. After winning the bid, I rushed to the hotel to get ready. I knew all my efforts would go in vain because no one apart from Jennie can complement him.

I arrived at the venue early to calm myself down. However, my nerves started to kick in when they asked us to gather near the gazebo. They had a similar one made to the film at the party. I was waiting and trying hard to think that no one will be watching us. Then I saw him and my heart just melted! He completely had the Edward effect! When we were introduced to each other by the organiser, I was shaking with excitement and nervousness at the same time!

I had never slow danced with a guy before so having my first slow dance with Peter Facinelli was an honour! It was the best thing that could have ever happened for a girl like me because it was just like Edward and Bella moment. When he finished the dance with Emma, the first winner of the bid, he took my hand for the dance. As soon as I rested my hand on his palm he just held me really close and twirled me around. He was so graceful as well! They started playing "Flightless bird, American Mouth" from the film and we started dancing. I was blushing through out because I was so nervous! Moreover, I was so conscious of the not treading on his feet but Peter really calmed me down. The cameras were just frightening but he told me to close my eyes and to just enjoy the moment. Although I am a performer, I have never done ballroom before, but he guided me and made sure I was comfortable. I did not even have to dance for most part of the song because he lifted me and twirled me around! It was just beautiful and perfect like a fairy tale! During the dance, I had a really good conversation with him because he was so approachable.

I asked him about his role as a blind man in the film "Touch the Top of the World" and if he went to Nepal (that is where I am from) for the filming. I also asked him if he feels like Brad Pitt when he is playing Dr. Carlisle Cullen and he just laughed and said no. Then he asked me if I was having a good time so far and I told him it will be the best time of my life forever! As they say, all good things come to an end but I have to say it was a beautiful ending of the most perfect night anyone can ever imagine! He bowed and thanked me for dancing with him! I just did not want it to end at all but that night I felt like the luckiest girl in the world! At the end of the dance, I gave him Lockets (cough sweets). He did not know what they were and I told him they were cough sweets. He thanked me and I got a kiss from him!

The Next Day

The next day I was absolutely shattered I could not sleep that night at all and I had to wake up early to buy the gold tickets for Eternal Twilight 2. But I was really excited to see Peter again for the autograph and photo shoots because I think he has an incredible presence and charisma that no one can compete with. Therefore, even after the dance I was still star strucked when I saw him. I gave him his photo as Dr. Carlisle Cullen to sign but he wasn't looking at me until the Christa, the crew member told him his "leading lady" was there. I was so nervous that I just wanted to hide under the table. He then just looked at me wearing the most beautiful smile ever and asked me about last night. I just melted on the spot and giggling nervously all I could say was it was really good. Then I had a photo shoot with him in which we did a dance pose. He hugged me and thanked me again!

After finishing my shoots with other cast members I was walking down the lobby and saw him playing pool with other Twilighters. My friends, who couldn't go to the event, are a huge fan of Peter and they were in love with him even before I was, so I asked him if he would like to talk to one of them. Without any hesitance he agreed. Unfortunately, no one picked up the phone but he left a voicemail for my friend, Nikki Howard saying he really wanted to meet her. That made her day as well and now she is in love with him more! That day just could not get any better! On my way to my hotel I saw Peter again outside The Park Inn. He deserved some fresh air so I decided not to disturb him and walked my own way. But I was so shocked and happy when he called me and waved at me!

All I can say about Peter is that he is the perfect gentleman and a very down to earth guy. I have never met anyone who would give so much and that too without any complaints. I am so glad to have met him and also danced with him! To be honest, I was not expecting any interaction with the guests at all and I thought it would be a short greet and meet but being able to talk to them about something we love and sharing our thoughts on them was just incredible. He made sure we had a good time and therefore is the coolest person ever. Even when he was not announced to enter the hall, he just decided to come in and hugged his fans. I am proud to say that I am a fan of not such a film star but a wonderful human being. Now, I cannot wait to see him again at the London Film and Comic Con!

For Peter: I hope you are feeling better now! I just read an interview where Kellan said that you decided to auction two dances because you wanted to make up for what you couldn't give induring the Eternal Twilight. Well, I would like to say you gave us more than we anticipated! We love you for your willingness to extend the talks session despite you were so ill so thank you very, very much! You have made me feel extremely special and thank you for adding a second dance as well! I really can't stress enough how much it means to me! Thank you for leaving a voicemail on my friend's phone and thank you for making it the best weekend anyone can ever have! You truly are a star! For those who said guys like Edward Cullen don't exist, I think you have proven them wrong because you are just like Edward! I also read about your Fort Lewis experience and that really means a lot to me because my father is in the Army as well! You sent out a really good message about helping and appreciating other's help. Thank you once again for everything and I cannot wait to see you again at the London Film and Comic Con. I hope to see you at the next Eternal Twilight or the UK Premiere for New Moon! Take care!

First hug..

When I walked up to the table to get my book signed, and he took my book and looked at me and smiled, (gorge smile) He signed my book.. To Jenni.. <3 Peter Facinelli, and then he gave me the book and I asked If I could have a hug and he went, sure sweetheart, and got up and walked round the table and gave me a really long hug and rubbed my back in a kinda of fatherly way. He smells lovely. he really is lovely! cares so much about his fans!!

My friends mum was outside and as she walked past to her car, peter was there and she stopped and asked him a couple questions, and I looked out of the lobby and saw them so ran out, followed by my friends, and as we ran up his body guard stopped us and was like put his hand out so we couldnt come closer but Peter asked my friends mum if this was her family, and she was like well she is my daughter, and pointed to my friend and the others are family friends, and he said there so beautiful can I shake there hands, and I said quietly, shake their hands but hug me, and he heard and was like ok sweetheart and as he did he kissed me on the cheek :D

Also when I had my picture with him, he wasnt very well as his voice had gone, but as I went he looked at me and went, bye my sweetheart :D
