    Eternal Twilight Convention. Northampton, England

He was really awesome for pretty much the whole weekend. The panels that he did were amazing, I don't think I've laughed so much in my life. His individual panel was full of funny stories about his life and his work. He did the whole session dosed up on cold medicine because he was ill. The funniest story from the panel was about him being sat on a plane next to a woman reading Twilight, who then turned and asked him if he'd read the book or seen the movie, she'd thought the movie was pretty awesome. And Peter's sat there almost willing her to recognise him. I think the whole room laughed so loud! He also didn't want his panel to finish he kept telling the MC that we had time for one more question about 3 or 4 times. And he'd ask us if we wanted the long version or the short version to each question that was answered. And we would always answer the long version.... and he'd give it us!

The banter between him and Kellan is really sweet. They just mess around and make random comments about each others answers and teasing each other. It was really fun to see how close there are as a cast!

There was a prom themed party which the guests attended, Peter auctioned himself off for a couple of slow dances at the beginning but about halfway through me and my friend turned around to see him in a huge group of people just dancing away. We've named it Daddy Cullen Dancing cos it was too awesome to be Dad dancing. There was also the instance when me and my friend walked past him in the corridor and he was carrying a Balloon sword, it's was so random! He's just such an amazing guy and so giving with his time and energy. He really did make my weekend an amazing experience. I hadn't followed him up until Twilight but I am now a Peter Fan!

Peter was really sweet and down to earth, he was a great guest to meet at the convention and tried to interact with all the guests even though he was feeling really ill (he managed to give pretty much everyone at the event his cold) and had a job talking due to this cold. He even wanted to continue the talks after the organisers said time was up, very generous of him. I have the opportunity of meeting Peter again later this year at the London film and comic con that he has just recently been announced for. I will be going and hopefully I won't be as nervous around him this time. "LOL"

Friday We left for Northampton at 3pm and due to directional problems we then arrived at our hotel at 6pm. We briefly unpacked and arrived at the Park Inn just as the opening ceremony was starting. As we arrived, some of the guests were already onstage. One of the ssistants guided us to the main hall and only did we find out later, than we had in fact walked straight past Peter Facinelli on the way!

Saturday We had no autographs or photo shoots with him, but in the afternoon he had a talk by himself. Absolutely hilarious! He had a cold but still made an effort to entertain everyone with his witty stories. As he entered the room he touched everyone?s hands and even leaned over the isles to reach people. Unlike other guests, he also sat on peoples laps or on nearby chairs to pose for photographs and give hugs. There was a policy which meant that after the first 2 minutes of the talk everyone had to turn their flash on their cameras off. But

Peter being the lovely guy he is, told everyone that he didn't mind the flash being on so they could take good quality photos. He sat down, introduced himself and immediately started answering questions, until he realised he hadn't been asked any in the first place! He involved the audience in everyway, asking them whether we wanted the long or short version of the story (long of course!). He happily answered every question, sharing stories and explaining more about filming Twilight. When the talk was coming to an end, we were told there was only a few questions left, but peter insisted on staying 10 minutes extra ? cutting into his break! That night, there was a Twilight themed prom party, which most of the guests were in attendance for.

Earlier in the day, there was an auction in which two lucky people got the chance to slow dance with Peter. The first went for Three Hundred pounds, the second going for Two Hundred and Forty pounds. They slow danced to Iron and Wine's 'Flightless bird, American Mouth' which was played in the movie. He danced two full songs with the girls, even biting their necks!

Sunday Today was photo day! He was our last photo of the day. When our numbers were called we rushed into the queue. Slowly but surely the queue started to move and we were getting closer to the front, we could hear the photographer counting 1,2,3 take a ticket. As we got to the front of queue there were signs advising us to make sure we were ready, and most of all breathe! As we rounded the corner we could see him talking to everyone and making conversation with everyone. When it was our turn we walked up to him and he quietly said hello and put his arm round us. This moment went so fast, before we knew it the picture was taken and we were saying goodbye. When we walked out we were handed a slip of paper which had our picture number on.

When Jess and Lucy went to get crisps on the way back they walked past Peter, he smiled and walked on. He walked freely around the Hotel, taking photos and relaxing even playing pool. Also that day we got his autograph. While we were waiting he signed a few peoples passes, also some peoples extra pictures saving them money of having to buy another autograph pass. When it was our turn to get an autograph, the waiting and suspense was over.

Before the talks they had a break, my friends Jade and Lucy had to leave, for the afternoon their Mums had been waiting. Lucy's Mum left the hotel and as she was leaving, Peter was outside, he asked her if she had a good weekend she told him that she was waiting for us and he told her to come and give him a hug. Then they were talking, until we both came out and meet him too. He asked if he could shake our hands and then he ended up hugging all of us. He was so polite and nice to talk to us. Then to also meet all of us, it shows how he cares about his fans and that he is a very down to earth and a generally nice guy, even with all the hype around him.

He said hey and asked us how we were, he was rushed to finish the autograph, but still he personalised each one and drew a heart next to his autograph. Next that afternoon there was the talk, including Kellan Lutz, Justin Chon and Peter. Like all his talks he entered the hall touching everyone?s hands and posing for photographs. Him and Kellan continued to keep the laughs coming. He told us stories about meeting people who didn't know who he was on the plane, he told us the various things he whispered in Robs ear during Edwards transformation scene. Before we knew it the talk was over and it was the talk with all the guests. We are attending the next Eternal Twilight 2 - New Moon Rising, taking place 16th - 18th October. We are hoping Peter will attend again because he made the weekend so memorable. We want to go to the New Moon premier what too we would love to see him at. We don't yet have plans to go to the London Film Comic Con.

I met Peter Facinelli in March of this year attending the unofficial Eternal Twilight Convention. I have not seen any of Peter's previous work apart from Twilight and wasn't sure what to expect when meeting him in person. I can say that whatever expectations I might have had, they would have for sure been passed! Peter was the perfect guest! He knew just how to work a croud, and even though he was suffering from jet lag and a what was surely man flu, gave so much energy and enthusium, he won a place in my heart! He gave everyone who attended the weekend a life time memory and is a gorgeous man!

Im 100% certain that everyone in attendance of ET was won over by Peter and fell in love with him. He was funny, kind, honest, charming, and even when he was ill he still carried on regardless and was so giving of himself. He continued answering questions even though we were running out of time, he let everyone continue taking flash photographs, even though it must have been uncomfortable for him, and most importantly, he was fantastic with the fans!!! On the way into one of the talks, he ran up to various groups and had photos taken, and ours was one of the lucky ones!! He sat on my lap and hugged my friend...she was over the moon!! As she said thank you he bent down, said "your welcome" and kissed her cheek! (Jealous, much!?!?) I did get the pleasure of him sitting on my lap though so can't complain!!!

He was truly wonderful, so efficient at signing the autographs and chatted to us all the while, and again was lovely during the photoshoot!! He's one of the nicest guys i've ever met, and i really do hope that he can come to ET2 in October. His wife is one lucky lady!!!!

E.T was one of the best weekends of my life.. the guests were amazing, Peter and Kellan made me laugh the whole weekend! Loved Peter's dances at the prom party too, though I wasn't lucky enough to win one in the auction! I'll never forget the photoshoot, our faces touched. I was officially Dazzled. It was totally worth catching the Flucinelli from our faces touching! Peter is even /more/ gorgeous in real life, and I didn't think that was possible! Going back to our hotel, talking about how cool it would be if the guests were staying at the same hotel as us.. only to find out they were! The Guest Talks were great, with Peter talking about how he "lost" his Carlisle ring, and got caught, along with lots of other things we'd never have heard otherwise. I can't wait untill L.F.C.C!

My cousin and friend were there too, it was utterly amazing. I'm hopefully going to London Film and Comic Con just to speak to him again! I've still got the Flucinelli :P

Most of my ET memories are based around what an amazing guest Peter was at ET. But my best memory comes from the Friday night wine reception for gold pass holders. Our group hadn't had the opportunity to meet anyone and time was running out. Luckily, someone noticed and dragged Peter in our direction. Me being me I quickly dove in asking for a hug and bless him, he was very obliging and boy did he smell good!

The next day I awoke with the most awful sore throat and gravelly voice...and so did Peter. Was I first to fall victim to Facinelli flu??

I was at Eternal Twilight and had an amazing time and one of the main highlights was Peter. He was so charming and sweet and seemed totally at ease with all the fans and the other guests like he was just hanging out at the party like everyone else.

Like most of us there we heard straight from Peter about his sickness on Saturday and again like most I suffered the following week with the Facinelli Flu. My Peter themed encounter that was most memorable from the weekend oddly didn't happen with Peter directly; though there were a few memorable ones with him too, "LOL".

On the Sunday I was getting my book signed by Justin Chon and while he was thinking about what to put on my page I noted how he was coughing and seemed ill too and asked if he was sick and he agreed with me saying all the guests were a bit under the weather and then I asked if he'd caught it off Peter and he got very animated as he confirmed this and tried to spot Peter at his signing table but he'd already left. Justin continued to jokingly moan that Peter had spread his cold around and then proceeded to sign my book 'Dammm you Peter, Justin'.

I told him to feel better and keep away from Peter and he thanked me and later I dropped off some cough drops for him via one of the volunteer organisers.

    Good Times.

I met Peter at Eternal Twilight in February (seems such a long time ago now) and he was such an excellent replacement for Taylor, who had to cancel due to other work commitments. I was really impressed with his charismatic manner, nothing was too much trouble for him, despite being sick, he posed for photo's, called people's friends up, signed more than one thing, even though he wasn't supposed to :)

We first met him in the main hall for auto's, he had a cold and he was due to have a rest and we were at the end of the queue being ushered along so he could take his break and I said to him that I was ill too and he should go and have a lie down and he said to me loudly 'What? Together?" at which point I had an "Edward moment" of thinking I was dead and in Heaven, so this is now my claim to fame, Peter Facinelli offered to lie down with me :) Which has now taken over John Squire telling me I was bossy after a Seahorses gig in 1998.

I am going to LFCC in July so hope to get another offer, maybe :) xx
